The third in a series of 3 GTSO designs done for the various subpages of the GTSO website for the 2002-2003 academic year. This was used on about half of the subsites, alternating with gtso02. This is my favorite of the three.

The image is of Tech Tower, home of the registrar's office, and one of the original three buildings built when the university was first founded in the late 19th century. Of those three, this and one other are still standing.
