This weblog layout was my first serious try at doing something different from my usual style. I wanted something vibrant but calming, something that integrated blues and greens, and what better to do just that than the ocean? This was when I really got into creating more mellow, nature-themed layouts in earnest.

The only major change I made to this layout was to change the body's font from Trebuchet MS to 8-point Verdana, while keeping the menus Trebuchet. It was my first experience with playing with different fonts for varied effects.
